Registration & Abstract Submission
Registration and abstract submissions is as simple as 1-2-3! Make sure you go through all 3 steps below.
1 Course registration
Please register your participation and submit your poster abstract here. You will receive a confirmation email within 3 days.
After you have submitted the form, there is an option to “Save my response to edit”. If you are not yet completely sure about the title and/or abstract for your poster, you can still register with a provisional text and continue with step 2 below. At a later date you can then update the abstract title/text.
2 Payment registration fee
Your registration is not finalized until we have received a payment of the registration fee here. Only make a payment if you have already received an e-mail confirm your successful registration! To keep the administrative costs (and thereby the registration fee) down, we only accept payment via the webshop for which you will get a receipt, we will not send invoices or receive payments by bank transfer. Chalmers students and employees can log-in with their CID to refer the fee to a cost center (kostnadsställe) and R/C-unit (I/K-bärare).
Note: all prices are exclusive of 25% VAT, while this is added automatically in the webshop.

The registration fee includes:
- Access to pre-course study material.
- All lectures and computer exercises.
- Lunches, morning and afternoon coffee breaks on all five days.
- Course dinner (grill buffé at River Restaurant) on 16 June.
3 Hotel and travel booking
Participants are responsible to book their own travel and accommodation. We do not provide any pre-booked rooms, but a number of suggested hotels are given here.
